FYL for sure, you were doing the right thing. All these people saying mind your own business, are the same people that would B#$%& about how if that person was on their phone when they crashed, the person was an idiot. You did the right thing to tell him to get off his phone. Contest it and you will probably get out of the ticket.
That was kind of rude though.. It's none of you business if they wanna be stupid and do something illegal.
Cops are allowed to use phones while driving. You are one of those people who causes accidents trying to get everyone else to follow the rules when in reality you should mind your own business.... Or become a cop so you can drive around ticketing people for using their cell phones.
