Poopface82 is Right. This is not about the merge technique, it is about forcing your beliefs and opinions on others regardless of discussion. It is about someone insistent on always having the last word and having to show how "eight" they are. Sure, thw zipper can work if some properly, but cars insist on cutting off loaded semis and slamming on brakes after merging getting them rear ended right at the choke point after overtaking the line 20mph faster than traffic flow. when it fails it is due to folks gotta be first/right attitude without considering the environment.
