Today, I offered help a customer to record his details, as he didn't have a scanner. He just stared at me, saying that he would never give any of his details if I typed them on my phone, as I could "do something else" without him knowing. He ended up canceling his orders and got upset on his way out. FML

could have been scammed before or something and maybe just doesn't trust people now. at least you offered, and after that it's his choice weather to take it or not. but he doesn't need to be a jerk about it

If you are supposed to use your phone at work always have the customer watching what you do, to ease any apprehension. Other than that. You'll look shady as wearing sunglass at night 👌🏾😂🤣
