If it's any consolation, one time I was on top while my boyfriend and I were having sex, and right before he finished, I got a horrible cramp from my hip to my calf. We kept going while he finished and I suffered through it =/ not fun...

Ugh. There is no greater pain than a foot cramp. Well, okay, childbirth. But holy shit, foot cramps suck. It feels like it might break if you make any sudden movements. I don't blame him for taking his mind off sex.

Don't worry OP, it can happen to anyone. Hell, I've gotten a bad foot cramp in the same situation and we had to stop for a moment as well. It's not exactly something you can always control. Although, even then that shouldn't completely kill the mood.
