Today, my social anxiety is so bad that the mere thought of talking to anyone, even someone who isn't even real, makes me feel ill and uneasy. FML

As I said earlier, communication is overrated. Most conversations you have with people are bullshit, so you're not missing much.

You therapist might suggest some desensitization techniques such as talking to a drawing of Miku Hatsune, talking to Chat GPT, talking to an animated character in a dating game, etc. until you can move on to texting a real human, talking on the phone, or even talking to a real person while ordering a burger! You can do it!
