When I lived in San Diego, I took my girlfriend (now wife) to Las Vegas to a nice hotel. We were already on an intimate basis but she had been implying how wonderful a time we were going to have there. By the time we checked in my girlfriend was so nervous she came down with diarrhea. Then when I went to the gift shop in the hotel for OTC diarrhea medicine, she was mad because I had to pay nearly $10 for a small container of Pepto Bismol - But it eventually rescued the trip. Even to this day if my wife gets really nervous she gets diarrhea. Hopefully things eventually worked out OK for you.
