Just be like “oh that tickled.” It happens. It’s happened to me before a lot because I’m fairly ticklish lol. Hopefully he gets over it but you should help him nip that paranoia over it in the bud because it sounds like a super ripe opportunity for him to develop a complex and that’s never fun.
