A lot of people throw up when they are nervous so maybe she was nervous ? :)

That seemed like a yes to me. She was excited and anxious.
The emotional surge probably made her sick then she cried cause she kinda messed with the proposal
honestly i think thats a yes.
I think she got over excited. For the first 3 weeks dating my boyfriend, I would get "lovesick" and puke at the end of our dates. It doesn't mean she doesn't love you, she just got nervous.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't girls usually cry when they get really happy? Maybe puking and crying are her ways of saying yes. Odd creatures these females are.
