Today, I'm broke and just started working in a restaurant at a luxury hotel. On my first day, the director had told me to get rid of my blue dyed hair. Back at work with a new fresh 57€ cut and no blue in sight, he saw me. I have some blonde streaks in the back, and if I don't get rid of them within a week, I'm fired. FML

I assume your hair was blue when you went to the job interview. They should have told you that there. It seems like they're going to come up with new necessary changes until you don't look like yourself/the self you want to look like any more. I'd say you should get out while you're still an individual person.

Surprised they hired you at all with blue hair. A luxury place like that undoubtedly has some kind of standards to live up to, especially in terms of appearance.
