Unless you had rolled around in the dirt, your clothes should be fine without detergent this time. Though I'm not sure how you can not put in detergent for 5 loads of laundry, it's the first thing I put in.

I've definitely done the same thing before. I think I ended up hoping the dryer had killed any germs and smelling like Febreze for the next couple weeks.
