Innocent until proven guilty. Cops can't fine you money off the basis of "it was the same model".
Happened to my mom too. She tried to fight it and got denied. Instead she had to take defensive driving classes.
Fight it...and if you got their plate you can report for reckless driving...
so not fair!
take it to court, you could easily dispute your way out of it.
You could take it to court. Cop cars have a camera in the front windsheild and you could prove it wasnt your car with the license plate.
