Today, my toddler proudly presented me a "beautiful drawing" he'd made... on my freshly painted living room wall. When I started to scold him, he said, "But I made it for YOU, Mommy!" Now I feel guilty for being mad at Picasso Jr, and having to paint over it. FML

Explain to him that he isn't allowed to draw on the wall. But you love his artwork so much that you are going to take a picture and use it as your wallpaper on your phone. That way you will have it forever and you can paint the wall.

put an empty frame around it if it's small enough! teach them not to do it again but instead of cleaning it, maybe make a frame together or something? Just trying to think of fun solutions
