What is your ethnicity? I know some africans (true native africans, not blacks who live in the US) and native americans do not grow facial hair.

Well not sure if it's alright for you. I've heard it works if you use ginger rubber on the area where you wanna grow hair. One my friend tried on his chest, works pretty well. Good luck.
