Maybe you mean keep your marriage exciting because if this is the only thing that can keep it alive, you're screwed. BTW, I have nothing against crazy sex. Should be done all the time with a spouse, not just to keep it alive.

If I were fined for that shit, I'd file a complaint against the police department and have a talk with my neighbor, whom I might ask to pay the fine, depending on the nature of his or her interaction with the cops. This is all on the assumption that you were inside your own home.
