Everyone's gotta see naked girls sometime. But you could've [should've] asked a sales person if you've never bought Manga before. Or at least found one age appropriate. Sure you didn't get the color code, but you could always ask. Or flip through it. Or the old "ask her what her favorite is". At least you know she read it? I get books all the time when people are like, "Oh, you like fiction right? Here's these books about wizard-wannabes." I never read them.

One: If your sister likes manga, you should've asked her, her favorite series, or ask your parents to see how many in a series she's got so you could've at least gotten her the next one in the series. I prefer this because if a relative knows I'm on the book hunt for something specific they'll usually hunt it down for me. Two: Oh my gosh come on! I knew about this even when I was a brand new otaku, All white covers, little to no info - ****, almost always it's gonna be ****. In manga's defense usually there is a lot of ****...But honestly if you got her something with naked children in it then you sir need your eyes checked. If you had gotten her something like Highschool of the Dead (bullet dodging boobies) I would've laughed...But this is gross.
