I have a friend who had the same. Doctor said it was acne. Most usual to get it on face, but possible to get on your butt as well. People who are saying its hemorrhoids are wrong. People who are saying its because your butt isn't clean enough are wrong. It's acne. But if they are big and painful its probably stage 3, which means you need meds to clear it up.
