Today, my shrink diagnosed me as severely depressive, due to a lot of stress and yells at home. After the session, my parents argued about whose fault it was and then went on to yell at me for being depressive and wasting their money. FML

depression, actual, honest to god depression, is not about life, it's about your brain chemistry not working. find a therapist, talk to a professional, and do not be scared of anti depressants. the right one will allow you to feel everything (good and bad) but at reasonable levels with brain chemistry that is functional.

It's called depression. Please hi to a therapist and get some anti depressants. My daughter has anxiety and depression and her meds make such a difference.
