Today, I handed in an internship assignment that I have been working on for months. Once submitted, a pop-up showed, stating the assignment was 100% plagiarized. What was it plagiarized from? A student paper. My own, to be more specific - the exact same paper I had uploaded seconds before. FML

Today, I got a paper back that was given a zero for suspected plagiarism. Everything I wrote was my own thought and analysis. My instructor basically thinks my paper is smarter than I am. He won't listen, even when I explain my thought processes throughout the piece. FML

Today, I got yelled at for 10 minutes by my head of department for failing one of my students for plagiarism, because, "we can't be sure." It was my work he plagiarised, but because it's not in our system, it doesn't count. FML

Might've been a glitch? Maybe try contacting the person who's supposed to see it, see if you can't explain and email another copy.

this right here is why when uploading documents through the internet the website says do not press back button and do not reload the page. as doing so can cause this to happen(double upload) Not saying this is what happened or you did it on purpose, it very well could have been a problem on the ISP end. I would do as MidnaLink said.
