I too am with #4. And no Judge would approve such an order when you live 2 houses down unless he was in physical danger and could prove it.
Yeah, this is fake. No one would grant a restraining order without contacting you first or checking where you live.
I have had friends get restraining orders in situations similar. So it IS possible. All judges are different.they are not my GOOD friends due to their lack of common sense but hey what can u do?
