Just stop going
Find a new therapist and then quit going to the original one... If you find the new therapist is not a good match either - Look in the mirror, your problem might be there. You have to actually put into practice the recommendations of your therapist to get improvement... OP, I'm not saying everything is on you - Sometimes there is a mismatch. But you have a responsibility too.
So, here's a really crazy thought: Have you considered having an open and honest discussion about it with her? She will probably be thrilled because that is exactly what she has been trying to teach you for the past few 3 months.
I've got this. At your next appointment ask her out. When she rejects you, have a pissy little tantrum and leave, insisting you'll never be back. I call it the 'Tony Soprano'. However, the twist here is you don't actually go back like Tony, and instead you set yourself up on BetterHelp.com and find a therapist tailored to your current needs.
