If she's your best friend and clearly attracted to you, I wonder why she didn't bring this up sooner before she was even with someone. Unless it's in fact her husband/fiance who is actually really wanting you...

Just because you find someone attractive doesn’t mean you want to be in a relationship with them. Also, it doesn’t necessarily mean she is attracted to her. It could just be the three way she is interested in and decided her best friend was the best/safest option for that.
