Bonsoir à tous, je suis l'auteure ;) J'espère que cette petite anecdote vous a fait plus rire qu'indigner haha. C'est, je pense (j'espère), juste un cas isolé. Je trouve ça un peu dommage - et facile - qu'on réponde à l'orgueil de ce monsieur par des piques sur le tour de taille des Etats-Uniens. D'ailleurs, j'ai apparemment froissé certains en usant le mot américain. Désolée les gars.. mais je n'ai aucun moyen de savoir si ce type vient bien des Etats-Unis, du Cananda ou autre n.n Si j'ai utilisé ce mot, c'est surtout pour mettre l'accent sur sa langue et non son origine : la VDM réside aussi dans le fait que le monsieur, fort de sa belle ignorance, ne pense pas un instant que les pauvres français que nous somme pourrions comprendre cette langue si sauvage qu'est l'anglais.. Ou peut-être s'en fout-il royalement ? Pour mettre les choses au clair, cette histoire est arrivée à une amie, je l'ai postée pour elle. A vrai dire, le commentaire de l'homme ne s'adressait pas uniquement à elle, mais à tout le wagon puisqu'elle n'était pas la seule a avoir été prise en photo. Et pour ce qui est du droit à l'image, il ne s'applique vraiment ici ; tout le monde fait des photos de vacances plus ou moins bizarre et tant qu'elles ne sont pas utilisée à titre commercial, aucune plainte pour droit à l'image n'est valable (arrêtez moi si je me trompe). En soi, on se fout pas mal d'être dans l'appareil photo d'un inconnu. Mais prendre un cliché, sans autorisation, dans le seul but d'en tirer un plaisir moqueur (ou plus sordide...), ça c'est vraiment dérangeant. Mais rassurez vous, mon amie s'est contentée de l'ignorer, et on en rit plus qu'autre chose héhé !
