Bonjour ! je suis l'auteur de la VDM :) (et ravie de la voir publiée ! :D) Alors non, je n'ai pas cédé, mais j'ai eu une longue conversation avec elle pour lui expliquer pour quelles raisons son comportement était dangereux pour elle, puis j'en ai parlé à l'équipe soignante avec son accord ! Et pour répondre à la personne qui ne trouve pas cette situation choquante, vous n'avez pas le contexte (et je ne peux pas le donner donc je vais prendre un exemple), si vous avez, disons un patient souffrant DT2 hospitalisé pour de graves soucis liés au diabète, qui tourne à 4 de glycémie depuis 2 mois sans qu'on puisse le faire redescendre ce n'est pas comme un diabète équilibré et maîtrisé par le patient ! Les entorses au régime et leur nombre n'ont pas les mêmes répercussions :) Bien sur qu'un diabétique qui se connait bien peut se faire plaisir tant que c'est modéré ! Bref, dénouement positif pour tout le monde ! (même si je n'ai pas eu les biscuits ;) )
