Bonjour! Je suis l'auteure de la vdm :) Alors évidemment en 300 caractères, difficile de ne pas généraliser la situation, c'est pourquoi je viens apporter qqs précisions ici ! Nous préparons tous les jours un repas pour le personnel à 11h, malheureusement comme dit dans certains commentaires nous n'avons pas toujours le temps de manger. La satisfaction des clients passe avant tout (y compris notre estomac!). Au soir par de repas perso, mais certains viennent avec leurs propres trucs pour manger, encore une fois tout dépend du monde prévu au soir. #29 si évidemment je peux manger après le service, mais quand tu viens de faire 16h quasiment sans pause, la seule chose dont tu as envie en rentrant chez toi c'est prendre ta douche et dormir un peu avant d'y retourner! Ceci dit, je fais quand même le plus beau métier du monde parce qu'assister aux demandes en mariage, aux mariages, aux premiers restaurants de jeunes couples, aux réunions de famille importantes et avoir les clients qui viennent te dire en cuisine que grâce à l'équipe ils ont passé un moment au top, ça n'a pas de prix !
