Bonjour à tous ! Ou plutôt Hallo aus Deutschland ! Tout d'abord vos commentaires m'ont bien fait rire ! (Je ferai en sorte de ne pas être invitée pour une pyjama partie ...) Je tiens juste à apporter quelques précisions ... C'est sur qu'en Allemagne on ne manque pas de fromage, on trouve même du camembert bien rustique ou toute sortes de pâtes jaunes dures sans goût ... Je trouve toujours de quoi assurer ma survie. Il manquera quand même certains fromages forts que nous aimons tant et qui ont contribué à notre chauvinisme ... Un exemple, pour faire une fondue maison, je n'ai jamais trouvé les fromages propices et suis obliger de les importer ... Pour ce qui est de la fameuse raclette, on en trouve aussi généralement (la plus basique et sans le choix de la marque) Mais dans mon cas, ce n'était pas moi qui était l'organisatrice de la "raclette party" (ou partie) mais des amis allemands qui n'ont pas jugé nécessaire d'acheter la raclette nécessaire à un tel festin. Il y avait tout ce qui était possible sur la table, viandes à barbecue (pas de charcuterie), champignons, chou, maïs, brocolis, tomates, poivrons et plein de trucs verts. Et même un peu de gruyère râpé pour assaisonner sans prendre de risque ... J'ai d'abord pensé à un oubli mais j'ai été invité le mois d'après pour la même chose par les mêmes amis et la raclette était toujours aux abonnés absents. Ce que je soulignais dans mon histoire c'est juste que nous n'avons juste pas la même notion ou même façon de manger une raclette ... Pour eux raclette c'est juste l'utilisation de la machine et cela peut très bien fonctionner sans fromage. Le fromage n'est pas comme chez nous indispensable ... Imaginez ma déception après des années de soirée raclette en France ... Rassurez vous, je connais des allemands qui mange la raclette avec le fromage et qui pour l'anecdote, m'ont expliqué très sérieusement qu'il fallait mettre le fromage sur le poêlon et que ça ne se mangeait pas cru quand ils m'ont vu ébahis en grignoter un bout avant de le faire cuire. Bref du coup, maintenant c'est moi qui invite ! VDM arrivée en octobre dernier, raclette suivante à la maison avec le dit fromage et la charcuterie adéquate ... Mais il faudrait effectivement peut être que je leur explique la différence entre une pierrade party et raclette party.
