Today, while writing up a lab report that was due in two hours my girlfriend threw a fit and broke my new laptop... cause I left her laundry in the dryer. There goes $800. FML.

Yeah, that's basically one of the biggest red flags for an abusive partner- destroying your property or parts of the household. She's basically threatening you with her behavior, basically implying that if you don't do what she wants you to, she will break you next.

Two wrongs doesn’t make a right. Unless her clothes were permanently damaged, they can be re-washed. It’s time for her to grow up & take responsibility for what she has done by paying to fix/replace your laptop.
