Today, while covering a colleague's shift, a girl at work called in sick with the sniffles, and when she couldn't find anyone to cover for her, she refused to come in. Last week I was forced to come in to work with severe pain, and was rushed to the ER with appendicitis after my shift. FML

Why are you back at work only one week after a fairly major surgery? Particularly one that leaves you immune compromised for a bit... Which be a reason to be less annoyed by it, since the "sniffles" tend to come with a cough- which I imagine would be an amazingly fun thing to deal with while you are still somewhat cut open.

Today, my husband's latest attempt to torture me was to point out that in every animated kids film like Encanto, Moana, and so on, that somewhere behind Disney's walls is an animator who has to animate the characters boobs and how they bounce when the characters walk. Today, I was snorkeling when a stingray suddenly appeared when I thought I was just looking at sand. It startled me, so my heel made contact with a sea urchin so that then startled me, and my other foot hit another one. FML

Today, I found out that my boyfriend of a year is talking to another woman on Instagram. When I go to bed, he talks to her until 2-3am, and while I’m at work too, all day long. Their conversations are friendly, but he seems more enthusiastic with her than me. This explains why he doesn’t feature me in his stories and posts. FML

Today, I was docked and fined in my dorm building because of multiple noise complaints. What was I doing that was so noisy? I slipped in the shower and banged my head against the floor. Then when I reached for the towel rack to pull myself up, it broke and I slammed my wrist onto the ground. FML
