Today, I fell down some stairs... I'm so used to it I didn't realize I was hurt until the adrenaline wore off... 2 hrs later in front of my supervisor... FML

What the hell? How can you be used to falling down the stairs? Are you a stunt performer? Do you have an untreated inner ear infection, or dyspraxia, or some other thing? Even Buster Keaton wasn't that clumsy, and that dude fell over a lot for a living.

Today, I gave a big presentation at work, hoping to impress my boss and angle for a promotion. I was already nervous, but a co-worker at the back kept making goofy faces, causing me to repeatedly break into laughter. My boss accused me of being high, and suspended me on the spot. FML

Today, I was chopping veggies for dinner and accidentally sliced through my thumbnail and into my finger. I wrapped it and finished cooking, despite being in considerable pain. My husband patted my shoulder and said sympathetically, "Don’t worry about the dishes babe. You can just do them tomorrow.” FML

Today, my girlfriend saw the name "Melissa" on my phone's contact list. After refusing to tell her who it was, she accused me of being a cheater, broke up with me and stormed out of my house. Melissa is the name of a woman from Craigslist who was going to sell me an antique engagement ring. FML
