Today, I ended up going to work two or so hours early, so I would be there and ready to start. Turns out that I got there on time because my start time was changed without my boss telling me. FML.

Lucky you! Well I mean for being there in time. It's annoying to get your time changed without you even knowing but at least you didn't lose any hours.

Yes, FML. It's illegal to change a schedule with no notice. If OP had gotten fired, he/she could've sued or filed for unemployment and the unemployment offices would do research on the wrongful termination.

Today, my ex asked me to return a sweater he'd gifted me back in the day. He didn’t even thank me, just said he’d catch me at lunch but never did. Work was tedious yet even then I didn’t leave without shooting him a goodbye text, only for him to say, “Oh my bad, I already left.” I still love him but it’s clearly one-sided. FML

Today, I went paint-balling with my girlfriend. As we drove she was scared about getting shot a lot, especially in the head. I reassured her that with all the protective gear it was unlikely. First round, within a minute, she gets shot 3 times in the back of the head. FML

As I got up to go to the printer, he pointed at me and screamed, "I will burn you alive and enjoy it!" All of my info including my address was still on the computer screen. FML
