Today, I found that my (well-meaning and very kind) Dad cleaned up under my bed after a little mold problem. The problem? He cleaned up a few empty THC gummy containers and saw my dildo. And I thought living at home at uni was a good idea… FML

Chances are Dad didn’t really want to find the ***** or gummy wrappers, and neither did his daughter want that found…. It was probably equally uncomfortable for both. … If you want privacy, keep it neat and clean and Dad won’t feel like something has to be done. … I still remember “the talk” with my teenage son when I had to tell him to put the tissues in the trash and not under his bed - and to use a sock for God’s sake to keep things neat and less smelly.

Respectfully, you are old enough to clean your room. If it got to the extent that another adult not only noticed but had to clean it themselves, the you totally deserve the embarrassment.
