only way to stop it is get some practice at defense and stand up to them usually it just takes a little skill and guts and they leave you alone and go for smaller fish just have the attitude ..."I will not back down!" ..doesn't mean you run at them..if you challenge them head on and they stop you, they feel empowered ...just defend and stand your ground you may lose the fight but they'll have to work to hard for it and develop a small sense of respect that you gave them a challenge
