Today, while wedding planning, my future MIL complained that the archway was too small for three people. Seeing my confused look, she explained, “Didn’t he tell you? I’m going to be at the altar with you two during the entire ceremony!” He even bought her a ring so she doesn’t feel “left out”. FML

you need to postpone or cancel the wedding til he grows a backbone. MILs like this only get worse. she's probably going to wear a wedding dress too. she will completely run your marriage and make every decision for you and it will be 2 on 1 cuz he will be on her side. this is not the marriage you want. and if/when kids are involved you won't even be the parent
