Today, I finally saw a physical therapist for frequent right hip pain that was interfering with my sleep schedule and causing that specific area of my leg to atrophy from not using it as much. After doing all of the stretches, the pain doesn't seem to have improved, despite him recognizing what the problem was. FML

It takes time to get better. Also, maybe see another practitioner. There may be more to the picture that stretching won't help.

We want to move overseas for our careers before marrying, but my parents think that “if that’s how things are going to be, then it’s best you break up.
