Vindictive

Today, I was pulled over by the police. The cop was my ex-boyfriend. He had no legitimate reason to pull me over, so he thoroughly checked my car. He gave me a defect notice and a fine. What for? A broken door lock, on my rear passenger door. FML

Isn't that unlawful harassment? If you can prove you had a relationship and he's bitter, you should sue him and the city! Cha-ching!!! $$$

Isn't it illegal to search a persons car without a warrant? If he asked to check the inside of her car, she has the right to say no and drive away. It is a violation of her rights to be charged so unlawfully.

File a complaint and show up in court. Tell the judge and your ex will look like an idiot

Police can fo what ever they want i was with my brother and we were driving home one night and he got pulled over and a cop started to search the car and my brother being the law student he is asked if they had a warrent and they said they dident need one so he protested it and was arrested and spent the night in jail. Thts the great U.S police force for ya
