You've seriously only met one Noemi? I've known like 5. It's not an uncommon name at all. Not that him thinking about anyone else in bed is good but at least it's not as bad, he could totally know someone else by that name. Also as someone else said, you might have misheard him, you did say he murmered not shouted so whatever said probably wasn't all that clear.
