Could it be that you were meant to be included in the invitation to your parents? When my cousin got married, he just sent an invite to my parents, with the understanding that my sister and I were included (That's just how we roll in my family). Now they didn't tell me until a week before, so I ended up not being able to go... but I know I was MEANT to be invited.
That sucks. But what sucks even more is that your parents and sister kept this from you and went anyway, even knowing that she didn't invite you. Then again, maybe the two of you aren't as close as you think you are, especially if she didn't invite you to the wedding? Just something to consider...
On the bright side, you don't have to buy a wedding gift for them.
