I need more information before I can decide if this is an FML or YDI. If you fell asleep because you were up partying all night or playing videogames or something YDI. If it was because you have a screaming baby/were unwell/have narcolepsy or insomnia or whatever FYL.

In Japan this might be encouraged. I am referencing the idea that some companies believe that falling asleep on the job means you were working really hard

At least it only happened once. An older guy I work with has to be constantly checked on whenever he goes to to restroom because he frequently does this, I'm not sure why he hasn't been fired yet..
