Or just move on and not put up with this craziness... Why would you WANT to pursue someone like that?? And women are not possessions so he can't defend what's "his" I belong to my bf by choice, but if I chose not to anymore there would be nothing he could do about it

OP's name is tman, which makes me think this is a transman whose girlfriend was pressured into having a more typical heteronormative relationship with a bioguy. It sounds like she was deeply connected to OP but uncertain how to stay in that relationship because of social norms. That sucks, OP. :(
