The overweight people I know don't go to the gym because they're self-conscious, but it won't change until you overcome fear of embarrassment! exactaly! If you can find the right balance of confidence, and learn to love your flaws and turn them into your strenghs, then you can consider yourself a confident women. And nothing makes a women more sexier than that. Don't listen to anyone on here who are trying to make you feel worse. Where will that get you anways?! Focus on the good if you ever want to get anywhere, and that goes hand in hand with everything. You need to love your body if you ever expect anyone else to. by pointing it out, when there prob. not thinking of it only makes them notice it right? so if you work on yourself, for you, when you start seeing results, it will make all the differnce in the world and belive me, they will notice big time, and appreciate it if there worth it. Beauty starts within. Start beliving you can do anything, and find all the things about yourself that make you beauiful. your stomach has nothing to do with whats beautiful. who ever thinks that, just hasnt learnen enough about life.
