If its a fake tree its kinda cute. If its just a super dead tree with hearts all over it, its kinda sad.

If it is an artificail tree this isn't really uncommon, leaving the tree up and decorating for different holidays or events. I know several people who do this. If it is a real tree it is a fire hazard. A dry evergreen will go up in a hearbeat.

That seems like a pretty creative move. I can't wait for the Independance Day FML when she uses it for a fireworks stand!

The is a house in my neighborhood who leaves their tree up all year long in a sun room. And it always coincides with a holiday. valentine's day, st Patrick's day, independence day, halloween, thanksgiving, christmas.... it always looks different! I wouldn't want it in my house, but it looks nice while driving by.

omg that's genius. I wish I'd of thought of that when my family managed to keep the tree up for a whole year.

I'm the OP, and I'm glad this got published! For those wondering, it is a fake tree. And it was actually because of my laziness that I had her take it down because I never got around to it. That is when she came up with her "brilliant" idea to cover it with Valentine's Day decorations, which my parents did not seem too impressed with haha.
