#75, anytime I've done a debate each person on the team would never speak more than once. It's possible that the OP did present good arguments when they spoke, but their teammate couldn't back it up or ask good questions. So, the teammate got a 0 and maybe the OP got a 100. That still averages out to a 50, which is an F. Group grading is stupid like that.

LOL i did something like that in gov. my teacher let us choose what sides we were on, Not legal, Legal, Or medical only. And i learned alot about it, and #113's basically right, its all the propaganda from forever ago, and it was mostly a racial problem and have built a case against it, which they have no real serious evidence of why it should be illegal. lol i thought it was funny cause i really just did this too : )

i go to my english class stoned all the time good for him and every one who says "oh you should have gone to see your teacher" is wrong. that's not what you do in high school.

17- Where did you go to school, and when? I just graduated high school, and I never came across any of those classes except as electives. Friends from other schools did not take them either. And for the record, marijuana is less damaging to the body than both smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol. It is also much easier to drive while under the influence of, and was only illegalized because William Hearst was losing money on his paper products with the discovery of hemp products. Go figure.

Anyone who says smoking weed is lame has never tried it. I do believe it should be legalized but I also believe it should be used responsibly as it does drain motivation to go out and have fun. Nevertheless weed does not entirely make you stupid as you gain a better connection with your subconcious mind leading to amazing guitar and artwork
