more like FMYSONSL... your son has a father who reads his texts, uses fml, and made his nick name "gangstalicious" also, its a little sad that when you find out that your 15 year old son has a lot of sex, you are mostly disappointed that he beat you... wadda douche..
@197 I stayed away from statements about whether it's right or wrong for teens to have sex, because that is apparently pretty evenly divided here as far as opinions go. My opinions are my own, and there would be no point to flaunt them here. What I *was* saying was that I think we can all agree that the kid needs a little discipline for going that much over his texting limit, if for no other reason.
C'MON PEOPLE. He's paying the bill so he has a freaking right to "be nosy" and i'm sure it's a bunch of teenagers saying that. T-mobile can get/ send you transcripts of texts sent if you ask for it. From experience, don't. They charge for them and that shit is thicker than those manuals that come with a phone. Also as someone who would rather text than call someone or talk to someone sitting across from me, it really is not hard to rack up text messages. After I went over my limit with about 800, the payer was not amused and we had to get unlimited text message(it does wonders,OP) and it's affordable considering the alternative(19 dollars as opposed to 100 dollars if you're t-mobile user). Moral of the story: Either give your son an ADVANCED "birds and bees" talk with contraception and all that goodness OR expect him to drag a pregnant teenager home with him one of these days. You not having more sex than him IS NOT FML. You have jobs, kids and other things to keep your attention. As long as the love is there, you're peachy...
You fail at raising a child.
Are you people ******* stupid? You don't HAVE privacy rights when you are fifteen, not from your parents. Legally, if they are paying for your phone they have a right to know everything on it. You can't say shit like, "I can't trust you if you go through my phone!" That's stupid. If there was nothing bad on your phone, it wouldn't matter if people checked it out. And WTF, it is NOT illegal for a parent to open their child's mail!
parents can be as nosy as they want if they're paying or the kids in their house, and yes all carriers have a way so you can read the actually messages... stupid other kids. I'm a kid I hope I never sound like as big of an idiot as the others on here saying YDI and parents should trust their kids... well obviouly the trust is undiserved if the 15 year old is having sex.
How horrific. Someone having sex at age fifteen. LOL @ judgmental and shocked internet peoples.

Wow, way to be a nosy parent
@299 I'm 15 too. Heres a few thoughts, 1.) learn to spell. 2.) cursing every other word doesnt make you cool, and it certainly doesnt give you that mature-beyond-my-age impression you were going for. 3.) Nobody wants to hear about your dumb religious beliefs. Nothings going to happen if someone has sex before their married. as long as he has safe sex he's fine 4.) Your advocating for invasion of privacy just makes you seem like that asshole snitch that nobody likes, who believes everything their parents tell them and take on all their values without questioning anything. So, somehow i doubt that your a better parent than half the parents out there. And i doubt you'll ever be, because chances are your never getting laid.
