Oh the controversy!
Men have the right to not like women with body hair as much as women have the right to not like men with beards. Still, it looks bad and feels wrong to what a woman is supposed to look. And, please, don't come with the pre-ordered speech that she should be able to do whatever she likes. She does. But so do them. So, if she doesn't shave her legs, she must know men will make fun of it and don't be bothered my it.
If they have such a problem with hairy legs, why don't they shave theirs?
It's funny how there are so many comments like, "Go shave. That's disgusting." Guys, you don't understand how much effort we put in to fit into society's ideal of "women." Let us take a break once in a while and understand that OP just wanted to take a break from trying to be "perfect." I know there are some comments like that from girls too and I shave too just for the sake of guys but nobody's perfect and sometimes when we try, we slip up.

Unless you're boyfriend is a hippy then you probably need to shave. I get not shaving when you're single but you're not single and you're clearly not to the point in your relationship where you can stop caring about your appearance, trust me it takes a few years to get to that point. Hell I'm at that point but I still shave
If u can't take the time to shave then you deserve the wookie jokes. Just sayin. My husband gives me a hard time after just 2 days n it makes me wanna shave...if I went longer than that without shaving I'd feel like chewbacca myself.
Asking a woman to shave is not sexist. It is society norm. Just like it is not appropriate to not show women's nipples on TV. But of course women want thing wierd and want it to be OK to breastfeed anywhere they like. There are double standards. That is the society norm. If she doesn't like to be called a wookie by her boyfriend, she has three options. Continue being called a wookie, shave, or leave him. She has choices. If she leaves, he will find a better woman that would shave for him.
Good thing Wookiees are freakin awesome!
I want to personally murder every asshole who clicked YDI on this. I'm so glad we're moving past this stage as a society.
