Today, I finally started exercising. I'm a rather obese person and I'm super pumped up to finally get off my lazy butt and lose some weight. Locking myself in my room, I first started with a very simple exercise: jumping jacks. I farted each time I jumped. I jumped 10 times. FML

Today, I joined a gym. I’m overweight and not very athletic, so I was nervous. I looked around and tried a treadmill. I start walking at a chill pace, then got ambitious and cranked it to a "light jog." Within seconds, I tripped, fell, and sent the emergency stop button flying across the room. The gym staff ran over and I swear someone said, “Well, at least he’s trying.” FML

A small start is better than no start. Good luck!

Try some medication to get rid of the gas, healthy eating and staying away from certain food would make the difference :) good luck on losing weight OP

Screw um. Don't listen to people's shit. Worry about getting where you want to go and ignore everyone else.

losing weight one fart at a time.

So what if you fart every time you do a jumping jack. As a fellow obese person who has also recently been working out congratulations and keep it up! It gets easier. After my first day I was gonna give up because I was in so much pain, but I popped some painkillers and went right back at it!

Anyone who does not exercise often have a tough time when they get back into the exercise routine. Keep it up! Sooner or later, you will definitely be able to do more than ten at once.

have u ever heard of ItWorks! u barely need any exercise u should check out my website jewel.myitworks.com (this is not spam) contact info on website if u have any questions

Doing 10 for a start is actually very good. People make the mistake of doing too much at the start (for example, people who have never run before might go out and run a mile all of a sudden). It's better to start small and build up. Keep it up.

Amazing! Who cares about the farts, you should be proud of your start :) keep up the good work!
