Today, a girl told me she couldn't text me anymore, because she was too tired and had to sleep. Over the next three hours, she updated her Facebook and Twitter accounts, and made a YouTube video of herself singing. FML

Honestly, I have no respect for people that do that. There are easier ways to end a conversation without lying. A simple, "Hey, I'm going to take a break from texting" is a lot better than lying. :l

I've done this to my boyfriend before, I plan to sleep and then cannot. I don't want to resume conversation in case he is asleep and incase I fall asleep. I'm sure he can go a few hours without talking to me.

We have all been desperately tired and then something happens to make us totally awake and wired but still wanting to just go to sleep but cant. I usually try to do something to make myself tired again like read here. Reading here usually doesn't work lol. She was probably just trying to spare your feelings and didnt have anything to add to your current conversation. If it really bugs you just ask her.
