Today, my husband went to check on our 8yo son to make sure he was in bed. He wasn't. He'd gone into our bedroom, found our handcuffs and put them on and sat there panicking for a half hour because he couldn't get them off.

Probably because light bondage is an extremely popular sexual fetish in many western cultures. One or both of them could also be officers of the law, but that is not the feeling I get.

Today, I left a party after drinking, and was soon pulled over. I frantically grabbed my mouthwash I keep for emergency situations to cover up the alcohol smell on my breath. I was given the breathalyzer almost immediately. I blew a 2.37. Apparently, alcohol is the main ingredient of Listerine. FML

Today, I went to sleep at 7am. I learned once that Indians used to drink tons of water before bed to force themselves awake so I did that in case my alarm (which I hooked up to my speakers) didn't work. The alarm worked, but the shock of the blasting sound made me pee my pants. FML

Today, my boyfriend and I decided to get married after only six months because of an accidental but happy pregnancy. We’ve spent thousands on the wedding and baby stuff. Apparently it was money wasted, because I just got my period, despite not having one for three months and a positive pregnancy test. FML
