Today, I tried to get the weird annoying chick at work to pick up my shift for me so I could go and help move things out of my aunts house that is being threatened by a forest fire. she said no. Last week I had to cover her because she fell of her bike playing Pokémon go, she's 25. fml.

The way this is phrased, to be bluntly honest, makes you sound like you feel entitled to this person covering your shift, despite the fact your every word implies you have no respect for your coworker.

Today, I came home to find my girlfriend crying. Concerned, I quickly asked her what was wrong. She told me tearfully that she couldn't understand why her pet lizards hadn’t grown into dinosaurs yet, and that pet store had cheated her. I’m still concerned now, but for entirely different reasons. FML

Today, over the past 48 hours, my husband has ignored a dog with a broken leg, because, “It’s not our dog, so it’s not our problem,” and also ignored a young lost boy crying for his mother in Asda, because, “He’s not our son, so who cares?” I think I want a divorce. FML

Today, our family cat died. He had a disease (forget the name). My sister brought home a bunny, and I thought nothing of it until I tried to make the cat and the bunny friends. Sadly, it triggered his illness from stress, and he tragically passed away 4 days later. I still believe it's my fault; everyone says otherwise. FML
