This happens to my bathroom all the time when I dye my hair it's normal (try to wash your hair in the sink next time ) also your hair dye was probably green based next time get a dark blue and add conditioner to it to make it lighter. Also you probably didn't bleach your hair light enough

as far as i know, there is no permanent blue dye, so it should wash out of your bathroom with some cleaning chemicals; a couple showers should do it for your skin amd nails - perhaps a long soak in the bath with some bubbles would do better. good luck OP
