Today, at my workplace, a TV was installed just above my register at work which plays the same mind-numbingly awful 13 second ad on loop for the duration of our latest sale. The sale lasts for what are going to be three very long weeks. FML

Today, the satellite radio at work went on the fritz, playing one song over and over. Management wouldn't turn it off, though, because then customers would miss out on all those upcoming-sale announcements that run intermittently. Meanwhile, I got to listen to "Footloose" for eight hours. FML

Today, I went to a store to buy a 43-inch TV that was on sale. The sale was so good that they sold out on the floor. I went to guest services and asked the employee if they had any in the back. She literally went to the back of the room, let out this god awful fart, came back out and said, “Sorry, we don’t.” FML

Today, my manager made everyone put up Christmas decorations around the store. As well as this, we're going to have Christmas music playing on repeat all the way through to January. It's not even September yet. FML

Tell your manager that your customers deserve btr then that and your sure they could come up with a btr marketing angle then suggest sumthg wonderful and ask for a promotion A) you get the promotion B) they laugh at you and you continue to work the same lame job or You end up going crazy in the next 3 weeks

I just love how everyone is saying drive a pair of scissors through it or breaking it in some way shape or form; explain how to get past the cameras that are set up and aimed at cashiers all the time.
