I had something similar happen to me. I sneezed while my head was turned in an awkward position which caused a muscle spasm in my neck. I was unable to move for a few hours, had to stay home for the next few days, and wasn't even allowed to carry my backpack around for the next two weeks. On top of that, when I got back to school all the people who normally wouldn't have noticed my absence made me recount my story, and everyone thought I was lying about being incapacitated by a sneeze. FML
Wow must suck! :'(
